Hybrid Position (only W2)
Required:
· Multi-year demonstrated experience using advertising and PR skills with the ability to create effective campaigns.
· Previous experience launching a product or service related to employee or customer engagement or employee experience.
Experience Preferred:
· Previous experience working in an agile / iterative environment Additional Safety
Skills: Required:
· Detail oriented with a penchant for ensuring the specifics of plans are understood and accounted for.
· Strong time management, coordination, and organizational skills.
· Creative and organized problem-solver who can plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
· Ability to create continuous feedback loops; ability to receive feedback and quickly and accurately incorporate it.
· Ability to work independently and in agile environment, balancing the need to be analytical and creative, depending on the project at hand.
· Ability to network with a diverse range of people, stakeholders and customers across all levels of the organization.
· Collaborative team player who thrives in a changing environment and is willing to support projects outside of core responsibilities to support team goals.
Preferred:
· Graphic or creative design skills a plus
· Hands on experience with SharePoint, including working knowledge of how to manage and maintain SharePoint sites a plus.
· Working knowledge of Camtasia to record, edit and publish recordings.
· Working knowledge of Rally a plus"
