The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating product development, new product introductions, and project changes throughout the organization. This position is remote and can be located in Wisconsin or New Jersey.

  • Manage and coordinate input in cross functional teams to deliver customized products to our customers.
  • Prepare project timelines to be shared with Sales and the customers.
  • Prepare necessary documentation needed for internal and external use
  • Ensure communication to Sales and Customer on project status and progress
  • Establish, organize and file product profiles.
  • Review other teammates documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with FDA regulations
  • Perform final reviews for project launches and project changes
  • Coordinate any new raw materials and packaging item set ups
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Professional:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP compliance, documentation and quality systems.
  • Structured, service minded and process oriented
  • Two years’ experience with Project Management

  • Ability to be proactive with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, planning, project coordination, time management, analytical, problem solving, computer and follow up skills.
