GENERAL SUMMARY/PRIMARY FUNCTION

Responsible for understanding, upholding and promoting CSG’s Critical Success Factors, 1) Safety First!; 2) Financial Success (including operational excellence); 3) Employee Satisfaction (including development and training), and 4) Customer Satisfaction. Promote OEG’s Core Values, safety culture and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Primary duties include:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Tracking construction contract design changes and updates

· Tracking of project construction progress in addition to tracking job costs

· Coordinating design changes within construction team

· Assist with preparation of change orders and maintenance of project change order log

· Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule

· Assist with development and maintenance of submittals log and RFI logs

· Ability to prepare project submittals and submit written RFIs to client

· Perform additional duties as assigned

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Working knowledge of job cost tracking

· Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential

· Familiarity with Access a plus

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· College degree or completion of Electrical Apprenticeship preferred; however, not required

· Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules

· Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Extensive document controls experience

· Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
