H&M is also a founding member of the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the construction industry is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator III, to work at our Irwindale, CA location.
Summary:
The Project Administrator III provides administration support for projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division and performs general office duties. This role will engage in a variety of office services activities including support of payroll, procurement, work orders, onsite resource management and coordinating large scale initiatives. The Project Administrator III will have an acute understanding of H&M business components and implications.
The Project Administrator II also ensures compliance with the Henkels & McCoy established Project Management Methodology and upholds H&M safety and quality management protocols.
Responsibilities:
The Project Administrator III supports the Project Team by gathering, inputting and tracking project related data, creating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets and preparing reports and contract related documents.
The Project Administrator III will aid in ensuring that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. The ideal candidate will lead by example in an environment that fosters trust and candor, will maintain personal accountability, and will communicate assertively and constructively.
Other responsibilities include identifying and researching data issues, while reporting data concerns with recommendations for resolution.
Required Skills:
  • General office administration experience
  • Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Exposure to construction or utility field office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Broad problem-solving skills
Minimum Educational Background:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:
5-7
