Molson Coors Brewery needs Machine Operators. This great opportunity is located in Golden, CO. Machine operators may be expected to rotate to different work stations and machines, or they may be required to work in a specific work station depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks. This position would offer company growth and increases in compensation based on performance and a chance to become a regular employee of Coors, with benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Machine operator on one or more production lines such as bottle line, can line, kegs, or decoration
- Read work orders, work instructions, or formulas
- Measure and visually inspect products for defects in order to ensure quality using measuring instruments
- Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skills
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude
- Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience as a machine operator
- Education required: High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement
- Proven experience with LOTOTO
- Ability to read work order packets and safety instructions on the computer
- Reliable attendance is required.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, & lift 35lbs, as requested
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
