Production Team Members Needed Job at Canadian Executive Search Group Inc.

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has immediate openings for experienced Production Associates. These are full-time, temp-to-perm positions for a leading automotive component manufacturer in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Schedule:
- Rotating Shifts
- Must have weekend availability
Compensation:
- $15.25/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect product and complete proper paperwork
- Report any non-conformance of product
- Verify gauges and check fixtures
- Perform dock audits
- Perform weld tear downs
- Insure there is compliance to the Quality Management System
- Must wear proper PPE at all times while on premises and in assigned work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous experience in the automotive industry (warehouse/logistics environment preferred)
- Able to work with calipers, scales and micrometers
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Able to consistently lift up to 25 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
- Previous experience in quality inspection
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and work independently
- Must have excellent attendance and complete quality work on time preferred
