The purpose of this position is to provide dedicated operational management and improvement efforts related to clinician templates and scheduling practices. This position will be responsible for identifying areas for targeted improvement and analysis, facilitating change management processes, appropriately monitoring and reassessing action plans as needed, and working to continuously guarantee successful implementation and long-term adoption of access initiatives. The Access Improvement Specialist must learn diverse workflows and develop knowledge of multiple healthcare disciplines, assist operational teams to improve productivity, and take time and complexity out of processes with an ultimate goal of improving access to care for our patients.

Required qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement Or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years healthcare industry experience
  • 1 year Healthcare Industry

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
  • Preferred Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Documented experience with data analysis and access improvement initiatives
  • Experience in planning and facilitating teams to a common vision and developing strategies and plans to accomplish objectives
