Manager /Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
A Certified Primo Hoagies Manager should be well rounded in a restaurant environment.
· Must be able to open and close restaurant
· Open and close the registers
· Purchase and properly manage and track all food and beverage inventory
· Train and manage staff according to brand standards,
· Work with all suppliers
· Manage advertising budgets
· Create weekly schedules and manage time clock
· Most importantly be a team leader. *Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required.*
