Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), a leading provider of advisory services to the federal government, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to support our Air Force clients across the safety and occupational health portfolios. A successful candidate will enjoy leading and working with small teams focused on improving the occupational safety of Air Force by addressing policy gaps. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of military safety concerns; be detail oriented and data focused; and be comfortable serving in a client-facing role. This is a hybrid position located in the Washington, D.C area, with the flexibility to work from home while participating in some in-person client and team discussions. Some travel may be required with this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the policies and analytical tools, overseeing program development and working with management tools and databases.
  • Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings and or forums and coordinating
  • Perform program analysis, support the planning, development, and sustainment of operational and occupational safety and health programs, and collaborate across the enterprise and with other stakeholders (OSHA, NIOSH, GAO, etc.)
  • Analyze the impacts from new regulations and policies on operational and occupational safety and health programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and articulate positions and actions to enhance Air Force safety programs


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, Master's preferred
  • At least eight (8) years of proven experience and knowledge of occupational safety and health issues, policies, and programs
  • Commitment to staying abreast of current and future occupational safety and health regulations and experienced at interpretation and implementation for the DoD
  • Willingness and ability to set priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a heavy workload setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in teams, and establish and maintain cross-functional and working relationships
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capability to independently initiate and manage tasks, with a high degree of detail and process orientation


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Air Force structure and operations
  • Understanding of the Air Force's task management process
  • Experience developing and overseeing occupational safety and health policies/regulations at a federal level, preferably within the Department of Defense or the Defense Health Agency
  • Conducting occupational safety and health policy analysis
  • Ability to analyze occupational safety data
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting and implementing expert training
