Responsibilities and Qualifications:

As a Plumbing Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians handling the service, repair, installation, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems. You must be accountable for yourself and your team’s actions. Practice extreme ownership of all results. Take risks, make mistakes, learn, and grow. Maintain a world-class culture and prepare for growth. Bring collaboration rather than individualism. In this role you will work directly with the Senior Service Manager to achieve and exceed goals set by the Bonfe Leadership team.

• Previous leadership experience required
• Minnesota State Plumbing License or previous plumbing experience accepted, not required
• Ability to make quick decisions, act, and explain intent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and maintain team transparency
• Time management skills
• Dependable
• Team player
• Experience with common office hardware and software (Microsoft Office products)
• Clean motor vehicle record
