Physical Therapist Job at Avant-Garde Physical Therapy, PLLC

Avant-Garde Physical Therapy, PLLC New York, NY 10022

$75,000 - $110,000 a year

Who we are:

From the moment you connect with Avant-Garde Physical Therapy, the patients are at the center of all we do. Improving their well-being is the fundamental foundation of our practice. We deliver the highest level of one-on-one patient care, connectivity, transparency, attentiveness to them and their needs, and teach long term solutions that continue beyond your treatment. Our constant thirst for knowledge for the most effective techniques and treatments, our core belief of respectfulness, our acknowledgement of the trust they place within us, is what drives every aspect of Avant-Garde Physical Therapy.

Avant-Garde Physical Therapy is a concierge boutique private physical therapy practice in Manhattan delivering one-on-one physical therapy from highly skilled and experienced therapists with a focus on manual therapy. Our high-end concierge approach has proven very successful for our patients. This low volume high quality approach is also very desirable for Physical Therapists to balance a work schedule allowing them adequate time to spend with their patients to make a difference, in comparison to other high-volume practice that operates as “mills”. This approach is designed to be beneficial to patients and therapists to ensure the best possible outcome from PT, and to prevent burnout of therapists. We strive to be patient focused and tailor their care based on their needs and goals. Combining evidence-based practice, manual therapy and corrective exercises, along with health coaching and advice, we reach our patients goals faster and better than other practices and their approaches. We have a vast variety of patients of all ages, treating any complaint of pain and movement disorders making every day different from the last, keeping the job interesting and versatile. This requires a highly skilled PT to handle such a diverse caseload. We are an inclusive office that fosters a supportive and uplifting work environment. We strive to assist our staff in reaching their professional and personal goals, and it is our intention to provide a working environment where this can be achieved.

What we’re looking for:

We just moved into our brand new, completely gut renovated, purposefully built PT office and are excited to onboard professionals to join our team who shares the same values and attitude. We are looking for individual practitioners who possess motivation, empathy, a life-learner spirit who keeps up to date with research and CEUs, and drive to improve yourself professionally. This is all to ensure we can provide the best care to our patients.
