We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Technician/Shipping & Receiving for our pharmacy in Boulder. This is a full-time position under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. Responsible for receiving all deliveries and preparing all outbound deliveries for coordination by on-site delivery company personnel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN/SHIPPING & RECEIVING:

• Scheduling/maintenance of all pharmacy vehicles.
• Receipt of all inbound deliveries to PDC Pharmacy to include drug orders from wholesalers (when applicable).
• Ensure all daily and cycle deliveries are prepared for delivery via FrameworkLTC toting and proper bagging prior to hand off to SDS Rx.
• Aid customers by answering delivery requests.
• Report on delivery changes (i.e. new sites, removal of sites, changes to addresses, changes to delivery scenarios, etc.) via Delivery Change Notification Form.
• Receive and process all returns to the pharmacy, to include identification of those eligible for return and processing of destruction.
• Maintain, and communicate, a release schedule visually and verbally, ongoing and daily respectively.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE OF THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN/SHIPPING & RECEIVING:

• Prior pharmacy experience, required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age, required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License.

• Prospective employees hired for a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician/Shipping & Receiving position will receive a $5,000 sign‐on bonus. New employee will receive the first $2,500 after completion of 30 calendar days of employment. The second $2,500 will be awarded after completion of 119 calendar days of employment. Employee must stay in full-time position to receive the full bonus amount. Sign-on bonus is eligible for prospective employees hired from October 1, 2022 through November 30, 2022.
