Per Diem Attorney for NJ Appearances Job at Law Offices of Peter J. Lamont, LLC

We are looking to form a network of per diem attorneys to attend our NJ court appearances for Special Civil and Landlord/Tenant hearings and trials, Law Division motion hearings, Case Management Hearings, and the occasional mediation or arbitration. You would be an independent contractor, not an employee. We are open to expanding the relationship if the opportunity arises for of counsel work or otherwise. You must be actively licensed and in good standing with the NJ Bar.
We also have real estate closing from time to time that would be helpful to have coverage for, usually in our Wyckoff, NJ office, but our main concern at the moment is court appearances.
