JWM Lawn and Estate Care is rapidly expanding our Landscape Division. Our existing coverage areas are Bourne, Sandwich, Falmouth, Mashpee, Marstons Mills, Cotuit, Osterville, Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, Harwich, and Orleans. Our rapid expansion will be from within our existing coverage area, as well as new areas.
JWM is seeking an individual to help successfully grow our Lawn Care Fertilization Program with an individual who is a self-starter and highly motivated
- Valid driver's license required.
- Possession of Pesticide License or
- Willingness to prepare and test for Massachusetts pesticide license exam within a few months from date of hire
- Vehicle and all equipment provided
- Lawn care portion of landscaping
- Apply fertilizer and other turf treatments to lawns
- Aerate lawns and apply seed
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Direct Contact with customers
- Generate New Business
- Bonus Program on New Business as well as any up sales of existing
- Assist Company with other landscape services as needed
- Assist Company with snow services during the winter as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
