Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire part-time Customer Service Representatives in Olathe, KS! We are seeking customer-focused candidates who have excellent communication and technical skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity at DH Pace Company! Position Overview:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately using a pleasant, professional demeanor.
  • Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule appropriate service.
  • Perform a wide variety administrative and office support activities for the department/division by utilizing various software platforms.
  • Data entry to include creating, reviewing, and comparing job ticket information.
  • Available shifts: evening hours and one weekend day

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Will train motivated individuals!
  • Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, retail, administrative assistant, or billing offers great transferable skills for this position!
