This teammate will sell janitorial services contracts to new customers. Sell something that is needed by everyone!

Sales Territory: Charlotte, NC is the base. Would also sell in surrounding areas such as Concord, Mooresville, Matthews, Gastonia, Belmont, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Chester and Indian Land. Compensation: Strong Base + Commission! What You'll Be Doing: • This individual will market facilities management services to commercial businesses in our service footprint of Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.

• Researching and prospecting potential clients and scheduling face-to-face presentations with high level decision makers and influencers. • Identify customer needs and develop a value added proposition as well as generating complex proposals, presentations, and pricing development. • Manage your sales activity and scheduling utilizing Salesforce.com. • Participate in all account trade shows, corporate events, networking events and related activities.

Experience Required: • Proven successful B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close. • 3+ years experience in large-scale contract sales • Proven sales record that has met or exceeded annual quotas. • Must have service industry sales experience and knowledge. • Proven prospecting, networking and marketing skills.

• Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
