$16 - $17 an hour
This is a temporary management position lasting 4 weeks starting the end of September through mid October. The hours needed will be 25-30 a week. Also you may get some calls after hours from guests with concerns that may need your immediate attention, so you will need to have a reliable source of transportation to and from the job. Below is a list of all job duties required of the job.
- Warm and welcoming to all guests
- Arriving to work on time daily
- Answering phones professionally and courteously
- Possess basic knowledge of hospitality industry
- Functional computer skills and willingness to learn the reservation software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Enjoy working with others and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to remain composed and focused in a stressful situation
- File and maintain records digitally
- Able to compose pleasant emails to guests
