PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific is currently recruiting for our 2023 Summer Corporate Internship Program at our Bioanalytical Laboratory. This is a fully remote opportunity that requires full-time hours (40 hours per week) for 12 weeks starting in mid-May 2023, through mid-August 2023.

As an Operations Finance Intern, you will be responsible for applying your coursework to assist the team with any financial needs. Attend different meetings and conference calls. Along with assisting your supervisor in other areas, they may need to be supported.

Pay: $18.00/hr

• Utilize your finance, business, and organizational skills to understand our business and assist teams in real-life projects
• Gain exposure through networking events, social media, and shadowing opportunities
• Participate in professional development opportunities focused on topics such as personal brand, building relationships, interviewing and resume building, career preparedness, and engaging in continuous coaching and development with the assistance of a team of mentors
• Attending and participating in meetings and conference calls
• Other ad-hoc tasks under the direction of the supervisor

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising senior pursuing Finance, Accounting, and related degrees

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Good English and grammar skills
• Good computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
