Job Summary

This position will be responsible for connecting people, processes, data, and technology with automation services for better ways to do business. It will require critical thinking and the ability to gain acceptance for internal clients for change. We will look for ways to transform banking processes from customer experience to basic operational tasks. The team member in this position will enjoy a myriad of challenges and find accomplishment in how they have improved the entire company.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Accountable for working with various departments to review procedures and developing solutions on how to be more effective and compliant
  • Responsible for improving, simplifying, and automating processes
  • Responsible for supporting departments process improvement initiatives across the Bank
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain automation software, operating systems, and applications
  • Ensure operational stability, efficiency, and security of automation systems
  • Conduct technology research on tools and provide recommendations on how to continually improve effectiveness of this position
  • Provide user training and support, as necessary
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of regulatory examinations and internal or external audits.
  • Lead the validation of corrective actions related to exam or audit recommendations.
  • Analyze findings, provide recommendations and completions for corrective action, evaluate management responses for appropriateness and perform validation review.
  • Responsible for generating and validating CRA data from the third-party vendor.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong analytical, technical and facilitation skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills, have the ability to prioritize while meeting deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented, investigative, and be able to work independently
  • Ability to be nimble and open to change in a fast-changing environment
  • Commitment to diversity in workplace and external relationships

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years’ banking experience
  • Extensive knowledge of process and process improvement
  • Experience with implementing automation solutions

  • This position will comply with all BSA compliance laws and regulations including the Bank’s BSA policy and procedures.
