Medi-Weightloss has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, results-driven, and passionate Office Manager with prior sales and management experience. Prior medical office experience is desired but not required.

Position: Office Manager

The Office Manager leads the growth and development of the practice and financial performance. The Office Manager works independently, under the remote direction and support of the Regional Operations Director, to oversee the daily operations of the location. The position is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the clinical and business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive and productive work environment. Motivate, manage, and monitor staff to consistently provide a high-level of customer service and generate desirable clinical outcomes.
  • Drive performance KPI's to meet practice goals, clinical metrics, and exemplify industry standards
  • Telephone Handling: following the company approved telephone process, schedule appointments.
  • Internet Leads: following the company standard operating procedure for managing online inquiries, effectively contact and schedule appointments with all incoming leads. Average conversion exceeds 40%.
  • Assessments: conduct consultations with patients regarding the program. Maintain an average conversion of 80%.
  • Management of Front Office Procedures
  • Ensuring all patients are welcomed and properly registered in the EMR.
  • Conduct a verification of insurance benefits
  • Cash handling and bank deposits
  • QuickBooks daily entries
  • Monitor Provider schedules maintaining focus on improving efficiency, overall productivity, and delivering an optimal patient experience.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies, office supplies, and products in the location.
  • Develop and publish staff schedules to include the review and approval of time off requests ensuring proper coverage for the location.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with computers and software. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • At least two years’ experience in sales and customer service
  • Prior experience in cosmetic medical office management and sales is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of insurance verification of benefits and claims procedures
  • Strong organization and task management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi to multi-task, apply critical thinking skills, and provide the highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation
  • Must have availability to work Saturday 7 am - 1 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
