OFFICE ASSISTANT - EQUIPMENT AND FLEET MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR: YOUR MISSION

In this part-time role, you have the important responsibility of making sure our material assets are in tip-top shape. Our engineering firm takes on massive projects with a lot of moving parts, and we rely on you to make sure our equipment is properly maintained and that our fleet is ready to roll. Organized and attentive to detail, you plan and coordinate preventative and emergency maintenance for our field equipment and off-site storage facilities. Our fleet is essential to our operations-we couldn't finish our projects on time without reliable vehicles! Luckily, we have you on the job, scheduling services like oil changes, brake repairs, and tire replacements to keep our crew safe while they're on the go.

Of course, you're also an asset to our office team. Our engineering design firm goes through a lot of copier materials, but thanks to your inventory resupply efforts, we always have toner and plotter paper on hand. You also examine the copiers monthly, logging the number of copies and sending reports to the service provider for accurate invoicing. As a team player, you're happy to help out with various tasks such as daily deliveries and prepping our conference rooms for meetings. You take pride in helping our company run smoothly, and you're pleased to be well compensated for your efforts!


ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

We're looking for a dependable person with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of office work experience
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Familiarity with the architecture/engineering industry would be an asset. Are you a self-motivated person who takes initiative? Can you efficiently prioritize multiple tasks?
