A Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Unity Healthcare. Candidate will be joining a well-established practice.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality healthcare to a wide variety of ages in collaboration with the in-office physician.
- Obtain patient history, perform examinations, and treat accordingly.
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments and procedures
Requirements & Skills
- Board Certified
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills
- Previous experience required
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
