NP/PA - ED Observation Unit Job at Centra Medical Group
Centra Lynchburg General Hospital has an opportunity for an NP or PA to work in our Emergency Department Observation Unit.
Nocturnist Position - 10pm-8am -weekends and holidays in rotation
Position is Full-time - 36 hours/week.
Our Level II Trauma Center sees approximately 90,000 patients/year and is the 2nd busiest ED in the state of Virginia.
The EDO staff will admit ED patients for observation for further testing based on their symptoms. Focusing on a thorough, efficient evaluation and determination for safe discharge vs admission. Will work closely with our specialty services when indicated.
FNP/AGACNP or PA experience is highly desired or acute care nursing experience.
