Imagine a future where you and your team implement and operate our IT production infrastructure on our production sites across North America.

Join us in this role where you’ll be building and operating critical IT network services for our production sites in North America. You’ll set up, configure, and operate our Production IT network infrastructure and ensure a well-functioning network infrastructure, facilitating improvements and upgrades as needed. Together with local colleagues you’ll be responsible for the production IT infrastructure in North America, with support from our global IT organization.

Welcome to US IT
You’ll be part of U.S Production IT Infrastructure where you, together with your seven local colleagues, will set up and operate critical IT production infrastructure components and services. You’ll do this in close collaboration with local and global IT experts. As a team, we’re very passionate about our work and our company vision and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to achieve our business goals and embrace learning opportunities.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • maintaining and supporting our existing production network infrastructure on our production sites
  • keeping the IT infrastructure running as a stable platform for our business
  • installing infrastructure components on our North America production facilities and offices
  • liaising with our network architects, enterprise architects, and key stakeholders to design and implement new projects
  • supporting the SAFe framework within the team and ensuring a collaborative and positive work spirit.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with operating and deploying network equipment, preferably Cisco, as well as basic skills within routing and switching technologies
  • are generally interested in working within the production IT network area, supporting our critical facilities and assets
  • have an open and supportive personality to establish a strong team and collaboration with necessary stakeholders
  • have experience in working with Production IT components, e.g., connecting Scada/OT systems
  • are good at planning and organising your own work in an open and constructive environment, where we encourage everyone to contribute and speak up.
