RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Total responsibility for Facilities, Receptionist, Mail & Office Services throughout multiple cities
* Prepare "Operating Procedures" for all work provided within the tactical delivery of services.
* Ensure all Engineering & Maintenance response times for service desk tickets, onsite vendor management, routine/scheduled maintenance of FFE, HVAC, move execution, emergency actions are completed on time.
* Ensure Reception Services response times, such as handling phone, guests, security collaboration, administrative tasks are done on time.
* Clearly present performance trends, explain progress on key dimensions, identify areas of risk, and preventively suggest strategies and tactics to continuously improve performance and cost
* Measure SLA performance, collect data on actual performance against SLAs on monthly basis and provide to client in the form of a monthly electronic file.
* Maintain up-to-date performance and compliance information such as data, records, and program logs, throughout the duration of the contract.
* Maintain spaces and any furnishings, supplies and installed equipment in them in accordance with client corporate policies.
* Conduct work in a manner minimizing risk of damage, disruption or service loss for client property or assets, including those that TMG is not directly responsible for maintaining.
* Oversee the activities of maintenance contractors working within the building, confirm vendors have completed their work to the required specifications.
* In addition to maintenance & utilities, liaise with all other services under Facilities auspices, such as janitorial, grounds, food and pantry services, waste management & engineering services. Alert management of building discrepancies.
* Ensure that new office setups have the required furniture, keys, wire management, surfaces and file drawers are clean, and that all ergonomic adjustments are performed
* Responsible for relocating equipment as related to the project scope including Computers and servers, lab equipment, prototype systems which may be found in offices, labs, and data centers

SKILL SETS:

* 4-year college degree is preferred; or equivalent experience in related field
* Requires proven track record of operations leadership and integrity by possessing 5-7 years of related experience in Production, Office services, Facilities Management, Workplace Services; extensive management experience.
* Experience within a technical environment, and a good understanding of M&E Building Services
* Experience with Front of House Services to include Receptionist, Mail & Office Services
* Ability to manage resources with leadership skill which will include the ability to effectively manage the customer experience
* Possesses experience in a team environment by maintaining positive, productive relationships with co-workers, peers, management, and clients
* Exceptional operational expertise including quality and six sigma process improvement and problem solving skills
* Exceptional leadership expertise and demonstrated track record of creating employee engagement, hiring, retaining and developing staff
* Demonstrated ability to balance tactical business needs with strategic directions
* Ability to build strong internal and external business and customer relationships
* Ability to solve complex and unique problems that have a significant impact on the business
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Quarterly travel to other cities requiring overnight stays
