The National Learning & Development (NL&D) Project Manager is instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The NL&D Project Manager serves as the initial contact for stakeholders seeking National Learning and Development services. As the initial point of contact, this individual must be an excellent communicator and have a firm command of learning theory associated with current best practices in developing learning solutions. The role requires strong listening and analytical skills, and the ability to correctly process a wide variety and volume of training inquiries.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, required

Experience:
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in learning and supporting adult continuing education in a corporate environment, required
  • Experience managing the work of direct and/or indirect reports, required
  • Experience with program management as well as both e-learning and face-to-face training from concept to application, required
  • Experience at a professional services firm, required, in a corporate environment (accounting, consulting or advisory, etc.), preferred
  • Experience applying adult learning concepts, preferred

Software:
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, including graphics, styles, templates, and tables, required
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
  • Experience with course development tools (i.e., Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia and Lectora), preferred

  • Capable of rapidly learning new information with the ability to articulate it in an appropriate way for various audiences

  • Ability to see the "big picture" scope of a project, make connections between that project and other organizational initiatives, and readily identify any disconnects
  • Able to apply a collaborative, team focused approach to all work.
