A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MULTI-SITE MAINTENANCE WORKER

• Fulfills day-to-day work orders as assigned through Jira at our various locations throughout Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
• Completes maintenance work.
• Works as part of a team to complete housing unit turnovers.
• Assists in the completion of the preventative maintenance plan.
• Completes related maintenance records and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MULTI-SITE MAINTENANCE WORKER

Proven experience in carpentry and finishing work preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must. Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a vehicle with the required insurance.
