The ideal candidate will demonstrate an exceptional ability to build strong collaborative relationships with students, staff, and the community at-large; strong interpersonal and communication skills working with multiple constituencies; a passion for, and an understanding of, the unique needs of the adolescent learner, founded on a dedication to student-centered learning, proficiency-based education; a solid work ethic; and reflective and confident leadership skills consistent with Gorhams core values and vision.
