Duration: Contract to Hire (12 Months Contract)
Location: Seattle, WA, 98109
Unit: Primary Care & Pediatrics
Shift: Mon -Thu 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM and Fri 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Job Summary:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Rooming, history & vitals, charting in EPIC system.
- Assisting with procedures such as toenail removal, skin tag removal, mole removal, IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertion etc.
- Injections, EKGs, spirometry
- Helping with answering phone lines and assisting with administrative duties
Clinical Specific Information (providers, patient volumes, team vs. one on one):
- 6 providers work at this clinic! They all have full patient volumes and they do a 1:1 ratio MA to provider.
Must Haves:
- Ideally looking for a MA with experience, primary care background would be ideal! They do see peds and adults here. They are looking for someone who is confident and can step in with less training than a new grad. 1+ yr exp ideal
- MA-C required, not considering MA-R at this time
Preferred Skills:
- Primary Care or Pediatrics
- EPIC
