Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will work directly with entire department and media vendors across the Midwest to ensure the execution of negotiated campaigns. We are looking for bright, driven leaders to support the marketing department’s main goal of generating new leads for the company, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital media channels. The coordinator will work on Feldco initiatives, as well as those of sister companies Danley’s and Vertical Chimney Care.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will analyze and review a variety of lead generation campaigns within the Marketing Department. This may include, but are not limited to:

· Reporting and analysis of current markets, sales, zip code and lead data

· Competitive analysis in marketplace (research, tear sheets, etc)

· Pre and Post logs with stations

· Traffic TV spots to stations

· Invoice Reconciliation

· Track and analyze results of digital and streaming campaigns

· Annual Planning – gather costs for advertising and work on Media Mix/Plan

· Assist on market presentations with department

Requirements/Qualifications

· Coursework or relevant experience in marketing field

· Highly organized, attention to detail

· Passion for working with others

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

· Undergraduate degree or equivalent

· Excellent oral & written communication skills

· Fluent in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Word & Excel

· Highest standards of ethics & handling matters of a confidential nature

· Google Analytics and Social Media experience a plus, not required

Position Hours:

· 40 hours a week, one remote day per week

· Participation in marketing events is expected; these events may occur outside of normal business hours, may include market trips to other Feldco locations.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
