Eaton’s EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Entry Level.


The expected annual salary range for this role is $40875.03 - $59950.04 a year.

What you’ll do:


The Manufacturing Technician will assemble, service, and calibrate the electrical protection devices, primarily molded case circuit breakers. You will possess both electrical and mechanical manufacturing and service knowledge that enables them to evaluate, service, and calibrate complex electrical protection devices.


In this function you will:

  • This position requires the use of manual and power hand tools, as well as hi-tech calibration equipment.
  • The position also requires customer service responsibilities such as order entry, coordinating/scheduling product delivery dates and invoicing via the use of the Vista order management system, communication with internal/external customers, and other tasks needed for the successful operation of the facility.
  • Strong computer skills are required (MS Word, Excel and Access), along with excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills.
  • It will also require light to medium lifting on a routine basis.

Qualifications:


Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • High School diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Mechanical or Electrical experience
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills
  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the work location(s) listed on this posting.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical School education and/or an Associates' Degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Mechanical or Electrical experience
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
