Job Responsibilities:

• Dedicated on-site engineering support for a specific customer location.
• Coordinate and manage day to day customer needs for engineering, service, inspection, and repairs.
• Coordinate with sales team to quote job opportunities at your assigned facility.
• Field engineering and data collections.
• Provide daily direction for assigned on-site technical staff.
• Direct and supervise subcontractors.
• Plan, identify, and prepare repair parts and replacement components.
• Abide by safety policies of Flatiron Crane Operating Company.
• Maintain deadlines and budgets.
• Work in a group environment.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Preferred experience in engineering and project management.
• Preferred experience with AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling software.
• Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong technical knowledge and computer literate; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have the ability to work in an industrial setting, office setting, and potentially on the manufacturing floor.
