Impulse Medical Technologies is a small manufacturer of medical devices (primarily needle electrodes) used by physicians to diagnose neurological and muscular disorders in patients around the world. We have been operating in our facility in Buckley, WA for over 25 years. We are seeking a motivated, team-first person to join our unique company and hopefully choose to stay for the long term!

Job Description:

As an Assembler, you will perform a variety of light manufacturing tasks, ranging from simple assembly to operating bag-sealing machinery to performing quality control inspections. The job requires the use of your hands and tools on a repetitive basis to assemble small electrical and mechanical components into finished medical devices. The work is performed in a controlled clean-room environment, wearing the proper clean-room clothing, mask, gloves, etc. This job is posted as an entry-level position, but candidates of all ages, experiences, and backgrounds are encouraged to apply as long as you have an interest and aptitude for this type of work. All employees will undergo extensive procedural and on-the-job training in order to perform the tasks necessary to produce high quality devices in compliance with applicable medical device manufacturing regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly or inspection tasks involving small components - typically while sitting down for extended periods.
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions and written procedures.
• Must be able to accurately fill-out the required forms and records.
• Full-time 40 hour schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the chance to periodically work overtime if desired.
