Your Role:

What will you be doing?

• Create, own, and execute resident engagement strategy to effectively increase resident satisfaction among the designated home portfolio
• Manage a team of 12 high-producing resident partner agents in order to maintain daily resident needs, dependability, and expertise of designated home portfolio
• Implement day-to-day SOP enhancements to further team growth & team effectiveness

What we look for:

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with some travel to home office if remote
• Property Management experience required
• Previous management experience required
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
