Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Manager, International Supply Chain Latin America and Caribbean, to join the International Team.


Position Overview


The International Supply Chain Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination, development, testing and execution of multiple Yum! Latin America & Caribbean supply plans. Supply management may include food, beverage, packaging, and smallware items.


This position will actively participate on cross-functional project teams and collaborate with franchisees, U.S and regional suppliers, buyers, and export distributors for assigned programs.


Essential Functions


Production planning, inventory management and communication across system

  • Consolidate franchisee demand and build supply plan.
  • Communicate consolidated regional volume to suppliers, distributors, and RSCS.
  • Confirm minimum order quantities are met and request purchase orders from franchisees.
  • Monitor supply and course correct supply, as needed.
  • Crisis management when execution deviates from plan.

Execute brand product show and support regional innovation

  • Analyze food, packaging and smallware items required to support proposed regional limited time offers and determine type of commitment and challenges to be met for implementation.
  • Assist region with procuring U.S. sourced items to support regional or local initiatives.

Assist LA&C Regional Sourcing initiatives

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex category data from participating franchisee operators across the LA&C region.
  • Leverage consolidated regional volume to obtain a competitive advantage for member restaurants.
  • Work with each market to explain the proposals and develops transition plans with regional suppliers.

Information analytics, management, and reporting

  • Review current export data and ensure accuracy across various company systems.
  • Monitor data integration from distributors and vendors and lead continuous improvement/cleaning of exports data.
  • Communicate effectively internally across all levels of the organization and externally with supplier community.
  • Support the analysis and review of supplier pricing requests as directed by brand leader and/or category owner.
  • Create export reports by brand, by region and by supplier.

Other duties as assigned by Management.

Bi-lingual (fluent in Spanish and English)

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home - Position will be located at the Pizza Hut Headquarters in Plano, TX

Required Skills
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain. Prefer experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, International Logistics and/or distribution within the food service industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Position is Bi-Lingual. Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Verbal and written required)

  • Supply Chain/Program Manage experience is required and critical for this position.
  • Food and restaurant industry experience is preferred.
  • International supply chain experience is preferred.
  • Self-starter and ability to deliver results without daily supervision.
