Primary Duty:
The Branch Manager is responsible to oversee, direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the assigned branch in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the branch efficiency, and help achieve the branch’s goals of branch profitability.

Essential Job Functions:
The Branch Manager will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.

Provide leadership by establishing credibility; act with integrity; show and inspire commitment; motivate and guide team to achieve goals.

Partner with General Manager the overall activities of the branch including the directing, advising, and managing of direct and indirect subordinates to establish effective communication and ensure strong team performance.

Assist with gross profit strategy and directions, monitoring, and adjusting as necessary.

Reviews, monitors and implements margin management processes and procedures.

Maintains and administers a sound organizational plan, initiating improvements as necessary.

Partners with General Manger to establish performance expectations, monitors against expectations, and provides necessary feedback to team members to enhance their growth in position and promotional opportunities.

Assists with the operations reporting for budgets, production, quality, inventory control, shipping and receiving, supply management, project control, etc.

Coordinates operations and communications within, between, and among various functional areas ensuring a cohesive relationship throughout all levels and locations.

Provides overall direction and guidance on purchasing and replenishment. Minimize obsolete inventory, vendor management, regular cycle count and monitor industry trends.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Warehouse Knowledge is a plus.
Minimum of 1 Year Logistics preferred.

Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office Suite.

Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.

Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.

Must possess excellent communication with all levels of an organization.

High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to day actives.

Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail proficient.
