We're looking for a Full-Time Building Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of our buildings. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all standard procedures are followed including but not limited to painting and electrical repair. We're seeking a reliable individual who is able to prioritize tasks, handle pressure well and can work both independently and in a team environment. Perform quality work in a safe fashion and understand all safety rules for the task being performed. In carrying out their duties, each person is responsible to work productively and learn skills available through training and job shadowing.

Responsibilities:

• Understand building codes.
• Have an understanding of the building systems.
• Be able to enter work into the computer maintenance system throughout their work shift and able to use the system to look into repeat repairs
• Have the ability to use and operate basic hand tools.
• Be able to interpret blueprints.
• Know the safety guidelines set by OSHA.
• Be capable of maintenance and repair work such as carpentry and plumbing
• Have knowledge about construction practices.
• Have knowledge about energy conservation.
• Perform simple task without instruction or guidance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
