Finisher I Turret Rewind -Bowling Green, OH (Climate controlled facility)
3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday, 11pm - 7am - $19/hr
** To be considered, must be able to train on either 1st or 2nd shift for 1-3 months before moving to 3rd, with little to no OT**
Eligibility in benefit plan available after 90 days and pay can increase upon hire in

Salary: $15 per hour as base pay rate + $4.00 Shift Diff
Description of Assignment:
- To Operate multiple pieces of finishing equipment and processes with speed and accuracy
- To Assist and lead improvement initiatives with management
- To be able to train others and troubleshoot equipment effectively
- Review orders for finishing specifications and verify product with the order to customer specifications
- Run rewinding and finishing equipment with minimal scrap and acceptable productivity with high quality levels
- Perform troubleshooting for equipment
- Ability to train new employees
- Inform immediate supervisor of key issues daily
- Slit and rewind stock with precision
- Keep work area and inventory area organized and clean
- Meeting and maintaining all finishing metrics
- * Same as Finishing Slitter Rewind just different Equipment*
Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read a ruler to increments of 1/64"
- Must pass a background check (Felony Friendly)
- Must be able to pass drug screening
