LUNCH MONITORMITTINEAGUE SCHOOLReports to: School Administrator-Consistently circulate around cafeteria tables to assist children and supervise the lunchroom. Monitor lunch line as children enter the cafeteria.-Actively participate in, follow, reinforce and reteach all school-wide and district rules, policies, and expectations. Lunch monitors shall be trained in and have the same expectations as all school staff regarding appropriate student behavior.-Ensure the safety of all children during outdoor and indoor recess. Lunch monitors will have specific areas to monitor and move about within to provide for maximum student safety.-Patiently provide guidance and assistance to all children whether eating or playing.
