Logistics Coordinator
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Pay: 20-21/hr
Onsite daily work schedule
Daily Duties:
- Plan and prepare weekly master spreadsheets that balance customer needs with planned load schedules.
- Reconcile pickups and receipts with customers, haulers, and partners daily.
- Negotiate rates, determine travel lanes and miles for internal and external haulers as needed.
- Investigate issues or problems and resolve expeditiously.
- Keep management team apprised transport challenges, including rejected loads, and assist in their resolution.
- Use the appropriate documentation to ensure that all product orders are received, handled, and stored correctly at off-site cold storage facilities.

- Technical Skills
- 1 year of logistics, inventory, warehousing, dispatching, distribution, or related experience
