**This role requires daily travel primarily within IDOH's District #6 footprint. Please refer to the document included in the "Reference" section of this req. Additional information can be found under the "Skills" section, under "Questions". Travel: Team members will meet at a pre-determined time and location (Cambridge City, IN), where they will then travel to that day's scheduled location, which maybe inside or outside, to perform their duties. Candidates who elect to travel to the worksite location independently, when transportation is available, will do so at their own cost (no expenses for this travel), and must have prior approval from the team transportation coordinator. Please review the DEP district map for coverage related to each district: https://www.cai.io/media/2699/in-dep-mobile-map-with-indots-2822.pdf Hours: Schedule fluctuations based upon location and response needs, must be available M-S, 6am – 10pm. Scheduled times and dates will not be consistent weekly. The Local Testing Specialist reports to the Local Emergency Operations Site Coordinator. Personnel will work in an assigned geographical district but may be required at times to support additional operations in order to support a large scale incident. Applicants should possess good interpersonal skills, be competent with common computer systems, and able to adapt to work with current and emerging technology to complete assigned tasks. Perform assigned tasks and assist in inventory and maintenance of assigned equipment and supplies. Maintain proficiency or receive routine training in procedures and guidance based on assignment. Serve as the subject matter expert for the patient registration portal on site. Work will be accomplished as part of a larger mobile team. Individual will be assigned to a specific district mobile unit. Work will begin and end at a predetermined location and time. Personnel will ride to and from sites in the mobile unit unless otherwise authorized by direct supervisor. Agency will provide all supplies and equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Candidates electing to travel directly to the worksite using their own vehicle will do so at their own cost (no expenses permitted for this travel), and must be communicated/approved with the client ahead of time.   • The selected candidate will be supporting IDOH District #6 efforts in this role. Each day the team will meet at a location in Cambridge City, IN for team travel to that day's worksite. District #6 covers Howard, Grant, Blackford, Jay, Tipton, Madison, Delaware, Randolph, Henry, Wayne, Rush, Fayette and Union counties (Please see district map- link included in the Complete Description under the "Details" section of req).   • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Zotec, SharePoint, Outlook: 1 year (Required)
