Full Job Description - Restaurant Crew Members for Brentwood Mooyah Burgers Fries & Shakes

MOOYAH is seeking restaurant crew members with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Assumes prep duties as needed open to close/ close to open.
• Always dates, labels, and rotates products that have been prepped, immediately placing into cooler.
• Always use clean and sanitized food storage containers.
• Assumes responsibility for freshness and quality of items prepared.
• Prepare station menu items according to specified product information in a timely manner with attention to detail and quality.
• Always clean as you go during your shift. Perform special cleaning duties as specified by the Manager.
• Responsible for grilling burgers, mushrooms, bacon, and onions.
• Responsible for cutting our high-quality hand-cut French fries.
• Responsible for making our handcrafted 100-percent ice cream shakes.
• Works as a team player with other employees and stations while demonstrating personal commitment.
• Follows good safety and sanitation practices, demonstrates changing gloves often.
• Follows safety procedures.
• Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS.
• Has a good understanding and plays an active role in Guest Obsession
• Has good knowledge with POS systems and some OLO background, simple money handling procedures.
• Smiling faces and great attitudes a must.
