Licensed Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) - Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health Outpatient Job at Sierra Meadows & Ascend Behavioral Health
Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for a position in our outpatient programs. Qualified candidates will have the ability to balance group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy sessions, while maintaining appropriate, timely and precise documentation (intake assessment, treatment plans, utilization reviews, and discharge plans). The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and is capable of mental health crisis management. Full time is preferred, but part time may be considered.
Salary for licensed clinicians is $70k+ depending on experience.

Requirements:- Active CA license as a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Professional Clinical Counselor.
- Two years' work experience preferred.
- Group therapy experience is a plus.
- Motivated professional with the ability to flexibly navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, and competent therapeutic approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate as a member of a treatment team.
