INTRODUCTION:

PA based investigation company in search of Florida-licensed, experienced private investigators. Ideal candidates would be in Orlando, FL or surrounding areas. Qualified candidates should be able to provide history of prior covert/mobile surveillance experience working in a similar job capacity and/or prior experience with AOE/COE investigations and be able to discuss the same.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Private Investigator position conducts assigned investigations in a discreet manner. These cases include Mobile & Covert Surveillance, Activity Checks, Alive & Well Checks and Spot Checks. This position travels continuously and is responsible for identifying the assigned individual and capturing documentation via video footage. This individual reports directly to a Surveillance Case Manager. Reports, video and updates are submitted daily. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with Workers Compensation or Liability Claims experience. AOE/COE investigations are also available for candidates, ideally with experience, but also for surveillance investigators willing to learn.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Obtains video footage of individuals relating to assigned cases.

- Travels to and from various locations in order to complete assigned cases.

- Provides updates daily to supervisor/input updates into the case management system.

- Completes detailed and accurate reports based on results/template in a timely manner.

- Conducts stationary, mobile and covert surveillance functions.

- Testifies in a professional manner in a court of law upon request.

EDUCATION

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of investigative experience required. Basic knowledge of a video camera, email and Microsoft Office is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires the occasional need for quick decisions, distractions that interfere, the need to concentrate and the need to perform multiple tasks. This position requires operating electronic equipment 25%-75% of the day. The ability to sit, stand, and walk for an extended period of time is required. This position requires a large amount of driving.

REQUIREMENTS

The Surveillance Investigator must be detail oriented and possess the ability to be discreet and flexible. The use of a video camera is frequent throughout the day. This individual must conduct tasks in an efficient and professional manner. This individual must also display sensitivity to confidential information and correspondence, as well as access to privileged information. Reliable vehicle and proof of car insurance required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
