Bryn Mawr Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in the Edgewater Neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago, IL, has an Immediate Opening for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on First and Third Shifts.
NEW RATES: We offer a choice of rates based on what benefits you want. The base rate for LPNs with full benefits is $36 per hour. Waive Health Insurance and keep your PTO benefits and your rate will be $38 per hour Waive all benefits, including insurance and PTO and your rate will be $40 per hour PLUS: FT LPNS GET A SIGN-ON BONUS OF UP TO $7500 PAID OUT HOURLY AT $1.80 PER HOUR AND Need to get paid when you need it most? - Responsible for the coordination and delivery of consumer care and the application of the nursing process
- Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
- Supervise and lead CNAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed

Requirements:of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Mental Health or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
- Excellent critical thinking capability
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
