Leasing/Marketing Assistant or Paralegal Job at The Barclay Group
Barclay Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join its growing team. The Leasing/Marketing Assistant will work under the direction of Barclay Group’s Senior Vice President to support projects across the western United States. In this role, the Leasing/Marketing Assistant will be exposed to and involved in all aspects of the commercial development process.

Qualifications
o Degree preferred, not required
o 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate leasing or commercial lease administration
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
o Excellent communication skills
o Exceptional organization and time management skills
o Arizona Real Estate Salesperson’s License is a plus
o ICSC, BOMA, IREM or CCIM designations are a plus
Responsibilities
May include, but are not limited to:
o Assist in negotiating, drafting, and revising LOI to potential tenants
o Track leases through to execution while updating spreadsheets
o Initiate tenant checklists, update exclusive lists, and abstract leases
o Coordinate commission invoices with accounting department
o Maintain marketing reports
o Send out periodic information using Constant Contact
o Develop full understanding of ongoing projects, vacancies, rent rolls, pro formas and site plans
o Maintain brokerage and tenant contacts in order to effectively market projects to potential tenants
o When necessary, answer calls and follow up appropriately, complete document revisions, research special projects, and other related duties as assigned
o Redline LOI’s, leases and other related documents
o Review and enforce OEA Agreements, CC & R’s and other restrictive documents of record
