Leased Housing Specialist Job at Leddy Group
Join a small, collaborative team as a Leased Housing Specialist with a local non-profit! You will work with landlords and tenants to facilitate suitable housing in this full-time position in Manchester, NH. The right candidate for our client has a high school diploma and is capable of working with a diverse population.
Responsibilities of the Leased Housing Specialist
- Communicate HUD policies to landlords and tenants
- Facilitate leases and contracts between landlords and tenants
- Issue vouchers
- Ensure housing is safe and sanitary
- Assist tenants and landlords with questions and concerns
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Leased Housing Specialist
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- At least three years of office experience
- Prior experience with housing/leasing/property management preferred
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills
