Base pay starts at $24.00 per hour

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the activities of the production floor, under the direction of the Supervisor, Operations Planner and Plant Manager following established procedures and approved processes with an emphasis in overseeing the and guiding daily production
• Assist in oversite of production and quality in your department so they are producing on schedule to be loaded and shipped on time
• Exicute the Supervisors plan and coordinated departmental activities to fulfill sales orders, and deliver quality manufactured products in a timely fashion
• Communicate line problems, parts shortages, engineering problems, etc. to Supervisor
• Maintain daily communication with team members and help teach, lead, and mentor them
• Continuously seek new and innovative ways to solve problems while maintaining focus on continuous improvement
• Support team members and the Supervisor in order to implement quality and productivity improvements through continuous improvement projects
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, and employee morale to achieve positive results in all areas

• High school GED or equivalent required with an associate degree preferred
• Must be highly detail oriented
• Must work well in a team environment and in a leadership role
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
• Have background in manufacturing
