Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Driver / Moving Assistant for a company that services the Everett, WA area. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule working 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and offers paid CDL training, and yearly bonuses (they paid out over nearly $300k in crew bonuses over the last 5 years!)

The Driver / Moving Assistant help people move by taking excellent care of their personal belongings while transporting them from point A to point B.

The Driver / Moving Assistant will:

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Drive the 23-foot box truck to and from various locations throughout the Everett area
• Perform the pre- and post-checks of the trucks and cargo
• Unload belongings at the client site
• Upon arrival, consult with the customer for direction on goods to be moved
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Pack, and wrap furniture to protect it from damage
• Maintain a detailed descriptive inventory of all items being transported

Successful applicants will have experience driving box trucks (U-Haul or Penske, for example), and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to take directions well while provide superior customer service is a must.

Starting salary is up $23 - $26 per hour plus benefits, including holidays, sick leave, vacation, 90% of base medical paid, a 401(k) retirement program with a company match, and monthly, year-end bonus programs, and paid CDL training!
