Job Description
Liberty Commercial Group seeking to add a Lead Carpenter position to the property management team. Position to be involved with commercial property buildings to assist with general carpentry tasks and build out projects as needed. Experience with all phases of construction preferred with vast knowledge of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate works well independently or in a team environment and is motivated to grow with the company.
Additional responsibilities for this position include managing work orders, communicating with tenants or departments regarding maintenance work, handling purchasing and inventory of materials, and working with outside vendors.
Competitive pay and benefits. Full-time position primarily Monday - Friday and all work is local in the general Williamsport service area. The company does not typically provide seasonal layoffs and the position is year-round. Wage and employment package based on experience and skillset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
